So, I thought it might be the perfect time to start sharing some of my top tips to cure the Winter blues starting with the Heart Hug Meditation to cheer everyone up.
This gentle technique can help activate your very own personal self-healing and send love directly to your own heart centre. It’s a personal favourite of mine and one I use a lot on clients to help centre people and increase self-love and self-compassion and let’s be honest we could all probably do with a big hug right now – so why don’t we all just give one to ourselves!
